exhibition. The
exhibition "Back
to Nature"
showcased at River City
Bangkok, in
collaboration with a
select group of artists
from Artstory,
highlights the
contemplative and
accepting nature of the
art presentation.
Most recently, the "How are you?" Instagram group
exhibition (2026) highlights the elegance of the art
pieces, acting as the highlight of the 5-year artistic
journey. The group exhibition "How are you?" (2026)
presents the art in a simple and straightforward manner,
as indicated in the Instagram posts.

How did you grow up and learn about art?
GK.
It all started with a love for art from a very young
age. My "father" was my first art teacher who supported
me in everything from drawing to sculpting and creating
various things due to our family's limited financial
resources. Playing as a child often involved creating
things on my own, which led to developing skills that
eventually led to me competing in art competitions and
pursuing art education in college at both the bachelor's
and master's levels.

What was the turning point that led you to choose
the path of an artist?
GK.
Honestly, after graduating with a bachelor's degree,
I had opportunities to work in various fields, including
hotel art, advertising, sales, and even Thai boxing shorts
making. However, I felt that what we were doing didn't
fully satisfy us because we were only making things that
we did well. It was then that I decided to enroll in
graduate school to pursue a master's degree in art. The
graduate education provided a more rigorous
environment that challenged us in terms of ideas,
content, technical skills, and introduced us to
experienced professors and peers who were at a high
level of expertise. This further pushed us to develop our
skills in various areas throughout our education,
ultimately leading me to choose the professional art path
due to the challenge and the satisfaction of seeing my
work recognized.

How have you developed your language and unique
characteristics in your artistic work overtime, and what
principles or philosophies do you adhere to in creating
each piece?
GK.
The three key elements that must be present in each
of my artistic works are "truth, goodness, and beauty."
These three aspects are what I strive to include in all my
artistic works, whether it be the theme, form, elements,
colors, or techniques used, all aimed at effectively
communicating with the audience and evoking the
strongest possible response.

How does having a studio space and running a
business in the art field, including your work with River
City Bangkok, impact your professional path?
GK.
Having a studio at River City Bangkok has been a
great experience for me. Not only does it allow for full
-time work, but it also requires us to think about
marketing as well. Since the final product of the artistic
work is a result of both time and money, it is important
to consider how to sell the work and make it profitable
for the business. This has led to a new perspective in
creating and marketing our work, such as creating more
appealing works while maintaining our unique identity
and promoting ourselves and our studio to a wider
audience.

Apart from creating artistic works, what are your
long-term goals for your life?
GK.
It's hard to answer this question directly,
considering the current economic situation in the
country. The instability of the economy affects our daily
lives and artistic endeavors. Therefore, I plan things on a
yearly basis without going too far ahead. My long-term
goal is simple: I can make a living from my artistic work
and artistic endeavors.
JY.
How do you want to use art as a tool to create value
or bring about change in society?
GK.
The most appropriate use of art would be in the
realm of emotion. The artistic works we create are a
result of our thoughts, emotions, and feelings. If the
artwork can effectively convey the essence of the
creator's thoughts, feelings, or experiences, it will have a
greater impact on the audience, possibly leading to
personal growth or a deeper understanding of the world
around them.
